These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between KB Mini Splits ("Company," "we," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") for HVAC services and products. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Services

KB Mini Splits provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for mini-split HVAC systems. We offer the following:

• Installation of new mini-split systems
• Routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Repair services for existing systems
• Sale of mini-split HVAC equipment and parts

Scheduling & Appointments

Customers must schedule service appointments in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Pricing & Payments
Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of service or at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas where work is to be performed. You are responsible for removing or protecting any personal property in the work area. KB Mini Splits is not liable for damage to personal property left in the work area.

Limitation of Liability
KB Mini Splits' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, especially in cases of unsafe working conditions, verbal abuse of our staff, or non-payment for services.

Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms & Conditions
KB Mini Splits reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where KB Mini Splits' principal place of business is located.
